Celebrating 23 Years of Service – Thank You, Pancho!

We want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate Pancho Iniguez, who has dedicated 23 years of service to the Pasco YMCA at the MLK Center as part of the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Cities.

For more than two decades, Pancho has been a constant presence at the Pasco Y and in our community, supporting kids, families, and programs with steady leadership, deep care, and a heart for youth sports. Whether it’s on the field, behind the scenes, or making sure programs run smoothly, Pancho’s impact can be felt across generations.

Recently, Pancho shared a memory from his time coaching a team in the “C” league of our competitive youth soccer program. He said:

“We didn’t win many games, but we had fun and every kid got to play. Today, some of those kids are coaches in our league, and they still make sure every kid is having fun and that every kid gets to play. I am proud of that.”

That story says so much about who Pancho is and the legacy he’s helped build here at the Pasco Y. Pancho, we are proud of you too.

Thank you, Pancho, for all you’ve given, and continue to give, to this community.
