Coaches and Parents,

After consulting with the Department of Health as well as our local school districts we will be following the guidelines they have provided when canceling games or discouraging practices. The chart for their guidelines will be placed on our website for you to view.  As of this year the DOH has decided to call off all outdoor events in the range of Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (101-150) this is consistent with both the Kennewick School District and the Pasco School District. The link enviwa.ecology.wa.gov, also provided on the chart will be the air quality data that will be used for the upcoming games.

We will be canceling games no later than 2 hours before a game. This should take in account commutes and actually receiving the message. Coaches when you receive our updates please do your best to communicate with your teams just to close all lines of communication that we can and we will make sure to get all info up on websites and Facebook no later than 7:30 AM on game days.
