Introducing the New YMCA Registration System
We’re excited to introduce a new registration system for the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Cities! Our aim is to make it easier for you to explore all that the Y has to offer, from Child Care and Camp to signing up for Youth Sports and Special Events.
We will be rolling out the new system in phases, starting with Youth Sports in November 2024. Child Care and Camp programs will follow in January 2025.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, and new technology can bring unexpected issues. That's why we ask for your patience and understanding as we work through any bumps in the road.

Please avoid creating a duplicate account: If you are a current member or program participant, please use the primary contact's first and last name, date of birth, and email address that we have on file for you when creating your account in the new system. If you need assistance, please call us during office hours at 509-374-1908 or email info@ymcatricities.org.

Create Your Account
- Go to the Login Page.
- Click “Create Account”
- Fill in the required fields and click submit.
- If you are a current member or program participant, please use the email that we have on file for you. If you do not know what email we have on file, please call us at 509-374-1908.
- Check your email and verify your account.
- Follow the prompts to set up a new password, and then login.

We will be rolling out the new system in phases, starting with Youth Sports in November 2024. Child Care and Camp programs will follow in January 2025.
Beginning in November, you'll use the new system to register for Youth Sports. However, for Child Care payments, you'll continue using our current system until January 1, 2025. After that, the new system will be used for registering and making payments for all programs.
