Have you registered yourself or child before for a YMCA program?
Then your information is entered into our YMCA system…
- Enter email and click “forgot password”
Your new password will be sent automatically.
If you get the message “Your EMAIL address is not found in the system. Please contact your local facility for assistance”- call the YMCA 509-374-1908 and they can enter your email and give you your password. This should not take longer than 30 seconds! Do not create a new account. The YMCA can update your email that is on file.
Be sure to ask them to link your family together. This can also be done online once you are logged in.
- Create a new account for you/your family. You will then have the option to search the program you wish to register for.
You will only need to set up your login once.
Once logged on!
- Be sure your information is updated.
- Add family members if they are not already linked.
Purchasing Youth Memberships
You can purchase or renew a youth sports membership to receive early registration and lower registration fees by choosing "Join" from the menu on Webtime. The membership must be purchased first before registering and paying for sports. Children already enrolled in our childcare program already have a membership. Once the membership has been purchased or renewed you will be able to continue to register for the upcoming sport and receive the membership rate.
Your registration will immediately update to our database at the Front Desk and be logged for the day. If you need to make any changes after you have confirmed your registration you will have to contact the Front Desk at 374-1908 to make the changes for you.
You can view programs you have registered for by clicking on "My Programs and Balances"
